Born and raised in Los Angeles, CA Helene Apper decided it was time to explore.  She packed her bags and moved to Rio Rancho (Albuquerque metro area), New Mexico and has been there for over ten years.  Helene loves to travel all over the world with China being one of her favorite places in the world.  She has been in the travel business for about 10 years currently working with New Act Travel, a Virtuoso Agency and loves to give each client her personal attention and live through their trips with them.
